Warranty
Shamrock Plank Flooring warrants that our product is free from defects in grading or manufacturing and we will replace any plank, which shows a manufacturing defect, so long as it is returned to us prior to installation. Planks with manufacturing defects or character that is deemed undesirable by the end user should not be installed. All of our products are manufactured from natural materials and contain variations in color, grain pattern, and texture. This warranty does not include variances in color, knots, or kiln drying defects in the installed product or variances between showroom samples and the installed floor. All Environeered Flooring products are warranted against manufacturing defect in regards to milling and delaminating.
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. These warranties are given in lieu of all other warranties. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose except the express warranties on the face of this document. Shamrock Plank Flooring excludes all warranties implied by law or implied by fact, which are not expressly set forth on the face of this document. The manufacturer excludes and will not pay any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is valid only to the original purchasers of the flooring and is not transferable.
Structural Warranty
Shamrock Plank Flooring offers a Lifetime Structural Warranty on all Pre-finished and Unfinished, Solid and Environeered products as long as the flooring installation and care guidelines are adhered to. This warranty is given solely to the original purchaser. Our structural Warranty does not cover the normal seasonal expansion and contraction that solid wood floors may experience between boards at different times during the year. If minor separations do occur, they are not covered by this warranty. Cupping or crowning due to excessive moisture or humidity is not covered by this warranty.
Finish Warranty
Shamrock Plank Flooring offers a 35 Year Finish Warranty on all Pre-finished Solid and Environeered products (except the Saloon Series, which has a 25 Year Finish Warranty) as long as the flooring installation and care guidelines are adhered to. This warranty is given solely to the original purchaser. This Finish Warranty applies only to residential applications and installations with regular wear and when proper care and maintenance are followed.
Shamrock Irish Pub and Gasthaus Hand-Scraped Flooring offers a 25 year Limited Warranty, and the Saloon Series offers a Limited Structural Warranty, to the original purchaser/homeowner who owns the home installed to be defect free in lamination, assembly dimension, and grading. The Shamrock Irish Pub, Gasthaus and Saloon Series Hand-Scraped Flooring prohibits the use of any adhesive tape on the floor during installation or thereafter. This includes tapes that are especially made for wood floors or green masking tapes. In addition, all Shamrock flooring exclusions and care and maintenance instructions apply. Any breach of these provisions will null and void warranty obligations.
Exceptions
Naturally occurring variances in our products are not included in our warranty. These may include, but are not limited to the following: color changes due to sunlight, naturally occurring knots and mineral streaking and color variations, wear and tear from regular or excessive use, improper care or cleaning, improper installation or finishing and any occurrence other than a manufacturing defect. Shamrock Plank Flooring strongly recommends following our proper Care and Maintenance procedures and always protecting your floors from moisture, furniture, dirt, shoes and pets.
